including groups of clients in utilities, municipalities, school districts,
general and specialty construction, financial institutions, air taxi services,
transportation companies, retail businesses, and

consulting firm headquartered in Seattle, has offices throughout Washington,
California and Oregon. They have a particularly strong information technology
group which participates with us on audits of large data processing installations.

They provide us with practical guidance for applying new auditing standards
and they are a resource for unusual or complex auditing and accounting
problems.
Utility Accounting
Virchow, Krause & Company, Certified Public Accountants, is one of
the largest Wisconsin based CPA firms. More than 200 utilities and cooperatives
in Wisconsin receive accounting and auditing services from them. We have
arranged for that firm to consult with us about utility accounting and
auditing.
Our office is comprised of 20 people including
three partners, Gerald D. Haugeberg, Kara Moore, and Kathleen A. Reid, and the senior consultants, Michael T. Cook and
James F. Dieringer, Jr.
