Ivan Lind

Ivan Lind joined Cook & Haugeberg as an intern in June of 2007.  He graduated in May of 2008 with a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Alaska Fairbanks at which point he started full-time with Cook & Haugeberg.  His experience consists of audits and tax returns.  Ivan was the Information Technology officer for the GAAP (Great Alaskan Accounting People) club; a student organization at UAF.  He participated in VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) on campus for the 2007 tax season.

Originally from a small town in Ukraine that is similar in size to Fairbanks he came to the United States with his family to Sacramento, California when he was 11 years old.  In 2002, as he was helping his parents move to Alaska he decided to settle down in Fairbanks.  In his spare time he enjoys traveling, staying up to date with the latest technology, spending time with family and friends, fishing, and four-wheeling.
