Kathleen A. Reid, Partner Ms. Reid graduated with honors from Washington State University in 1995. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting and International Business. She obtained her Washington State CPA Certificate in 1998 and her Alaska CPA Certificate in 2001 and currently holds licenses in both states.   Ms. Reid recently relocated to Fairbanks and joined the firm in the fall of 2001. In Washington State, Ms. Reid was with Johnson & Shute for more than five years of public accounting experience. Ms. Reid works in both tax and audit areas. She has performed and supervised audits, reviews and compilations of manufacturers, retailers, service organizations and several nonprofits, including performing both federal and state single audits. She has also worked on Housing and Urban Development audits. Her tax experience includes both research and the preparation and review of corporate, partnership, individual, exempt organization, trust, estate and employee benefit plan federal and multi-state returns.   She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Alaska Society of Certified Public Accountants.
