Songzhen Lang Ms. Songzhen Lang graduated from School of Management, University of Alaska Fairbanks, with a Master of Business Administration Degree in Capital Markets in December 2006.  She also earned an Associate Degree in Applied Accounting from University of Alaska Fairbanks in December 2004. Before joining the firm in January 2008, Ms. Lang worked in a real estate investment advisory firm in Dallas, Texas as a financial analyst for two years.  She attained her experience there in financial statements verification, the calculation of internal valuations of properties, budget plan review, expenses forecasting, and quarter-end portfolio performance review and updating.  Ms. Lang works in both tax and audit areas at Cook & Haugeberg, LLC.  She has performed auditing for both profit and nonprofit organizations.  Her tax experience includes preparation of tax returns for corporations, partnerships, estates, and individuals. Ms. Lang is a lifetime member of Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society for people with university degrees in business.  Her interests include music and dancing.
